Booking Conditions and Cancelation Policy

1. Price Change: The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
2. Luggage Limitation: The number of customers’ luggage (average sized 65x45x25) should not exceed the number of seats of the vehicle. Additional vehicles may be required to transport extra luggage.
3. Car Capacity: Cars (excluding S-class) can accommodate either 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 8 years old.
4. S-Class Capacity: S-class vehicles can accommodate a maximum of 3 passengers.
5. Minivan Capacity: The seating capacity of minivans is limited to a maximum of 7 passengers.
6. Minibus Capacity: The seating capacity of minibusses is limited to a maximum of 19 passengers.
7. Passport Details: For the implementation of transfer services, passport details of at least one passenger are required.

1. Up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer: 0% cancellation fee.
2. Up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer: 50% cancellation fee.
3. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer: 100% cancellation fee.
